Gather es una banda proveniente de Bay Area, California, compuesta por Genie (Vocal), Dustin (Batería), Allan (Guitarra) y Randy (Bajo). Desde sus comienzos, Gather manifestó poderosamente en sus canciones, un grito de liberación humana, animal y ambiental siempre bajo un enérgico y asolador hardcore punk. Con el correr de los años y ya con el lanzamiento de su primer EP, Total Liberation, Genie se convertiría en una de las vocals más influyentes de la escena estadounidense durante los 2000. Su carisma, carácter y alto índole vocal, hicieron de Genie un joven talento consolidado cuando llegó su primer LP, Beyond The Ruins.
Hoy tanto Genie como Gather, se han convertido en aquellos entes inspiracionales de prematuras bandas que hoy buscan crear su propio espacio.
